Pemberton Engineering has been manufacturing press tools, jigs and fixtures for almost 40 years. Producing tools for different markets including automotive, building and white goods markets, we have a wealth of experience in all areas of tooling.

Combined with our experience and expertise, we also are constantly investing in new machinery and software to ensure we are efficient in all our processes and procedures. We also take on apprentices to ensure the skills and knowledge are passed on to the next generation of engineers.

We design and manufacture tools in house and we also have 350T try-out facility here on site to limit time lost in press. Parts are verified with our CMM which is calibrated and tested every year. We ensure our customers are fully engaged at every step with a gated process from start to end. The projects are well managed and feedback to our customers is given on a weekly basis.

We have experience in many different materials from Aluminium and brass through to HSLA steels and other high tensile materials for structural members.
Situated in Wolverhampton our central location enables great links to all areas of the country.
