HEXmon SENSOR
Stand #: B30
Detailed information

Meet HEXmon SENSOR: a continuous monitoring, alerting and reporting platform designed specifically for manufacturing environments. It provides round-the-clock insight into relative changes in particulate matter (PM) and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), helping organisations understand changing conditions affecting the quality of air we breathe in the factory.

Manufacturing processes can generate PM and TVOC emissions. By monitoring changes continuously, HEXmon SENSOR adds an extra layer of intelligence to help inform of potential health exposure and environmental risk. The Power is in the Platform: continuous monitoring, alerting and reporting brought together. Drawing on operational insight, scientific understanding and practical application experience, HEXmon SENSOR supports a clearer picture of factory indoor air quality between routine checks.

Noise level, temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure are also monitored, adding context for changes in air quality. Users can enter operational events into the platform to provide further context, supporting learning about how factory activities relate to observed air quality changes.

Why continuous monitoring matters

Factory conditions change throughout every shift, and unseen emissions can pose risks to your health, the environment and productivity. Continuous air quality monitoring helps trend changes, not just the snapshot from a routine check.
⸫ Support compliance with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and the legal journey towards reducing risks to ALARP (as low as reasonably practicable).
⸫ Continually assess local exhaust ventilation (LEV) and containment performance between statutory examinations.
⸫ Identify emission hotspots and changing process conditions.
⸫ Use evidence-based data to support risk reduction initiatives.
⸫ Understand operational and environmental factors influencing Factory Indoor Air Quality.

HEXmon SENSOR complements daily inspections, airflow indicators, pressure monitors, maintenance checks and health surveillance programmes. Continuous monitoring adds insight between statutory examinations and health exposure assessments; it does not replace them. This additional visibility of control effectiveness supports earlier identification of potential issues and better-informed decision making to help protect worker health and the environment.
