Rachel Mansfield is President and Managing Director of OsecoElfab, a global manufacturing business operating in the UK and USA and part of FTSE 100 group Halma plc.

With over 20 years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, operational leadership and business transformation, Rachel has held senior positions across major international organisations, including previously serving as Managing Director of Responsive Engineering.

With a background in Chemical and Process Engineering, alongside MBA and MEng qualifications, Rachel brings extensive experience of leading businesses, developing people and driving organisational growth.

As Vice Chair of the Advanced Manufacturing Forum and Co-Lead of AMF WOMEN, she is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership, developing future talent and creating opportunities for women to succeed across manufacturing and engineering.
